Should you have spare time, please feel free to visit the website and leave some of your comments and encouragements. They would surely needed that.

If you have blogs or websites, please help to create awareness to this website  by adding it to the blogroll or links. You could also do a shout at your facebook if it is more convenient.

May this platform increase the awareness that migrant workers would require attention too.

Thank you and God Bless.

I’d choose “How Great is Our God”, indeed He is magnificent!

Law vs faith

TheStar:Authorities asked to release 15,000 seized Bibles

Why must use law to “protect” those of your faithful ones? Aren’t they faithful enough to stand on their own, not being misguided by merely written words?

I’ve been walking faithfully in the path and I know what I should put to practise, and I know what I should avoid. If it is uncertain, God will always show the right path.

Rise up and be faithful.

Ice age dude making ice age decision

Friday, July 10th, 2009

I don’t agree with this decision made by the Malaysian Government. I used to study the Math and Science in Bahasa Malaysia, and I faced so much problem when I entered university where all of these subjects were taught in English. Nearly failed my first term because of that.

My point is, these two subjects materials are vastly available globally through the Internet and discussed globally in English language. Students in developed countries are writing white papers and research materials in English. How would our students able to collaborate with them? Future winning strategy is gauge by the amount of information you have. It is the information age, dude!

I’ll start a bigger education fund now to enable my son goes to a Private School to get the education in English Language. Thanks to you, Malaysia Government.

The urge to win

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

It has long since I have any urge to win. The last I had this was back in college when there was this programming competition on who can create a solution with the least lines of code. Still remember that. The urge is back again. I want to win in this race to innovate Internet technology. I want to be at the top.

Winning isn’t everything, but wanting to win is.

Fighting headache attacks

Monday, March 2nd, 2009

I’m one of those who gets headaches very often and would try whatsoever solution just to get rid of it when it attacks. I’ve tried Panadol, a brand of paracetamol, until my body is now not re-acting to it. :(. Well, it is good in a way as I’ve reduced its intake and go for alternative solutions. Cold bath usually do the tricks. Recently I found something interesting and tested it out. Hmm… It does help. Read on, a forwarded email happen to reach my inbox instead of my SPAM box. Co-incident?

DON’T TAKE PANADOL,PANADOL ACTI FAST or PANADOL SOLUBLE especially if you have gastric problems.

One real story from a friend.

My husband was working in a hospital as an IT engineer, as the hospital is planning to set up a database of its patient. And he knows some of the doctors quite well.

The doctors used to tell him that whenever they have a headache, they are not willing to take PANADOL (PARACETAMOL). In fact, they will turn to Chinese Herbal Medicine or find other alternatives.

This is because Panadol is toxic to the body, and it harms the liver. According to the doctor, Panadol will reside in the body for at least 5 years. And according to the doctor, there used to be an incident where an air stewardess consumes a lot of Panadol during her menstrual as she needs to stand all the time. She’s now in her early 30’s, and she needs to wash her kidney (DIALYSIS) every month.

As said by the doctor that whenever we have a headache, that’s because it is due to the electron/ion imbalance in the brain. As an alternative solution to cope with this matter, they suggested that we buy 1 or 2 cans of isotonic drink ( eg.100PLUS), and mix it with drinking water according to a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 (simply, it means one cup 100plus, one cup water.or 2 cups water).

Me and my husband have tried this on several occasions, and it seems to work well.

Another method will be to submerge your feet in a basin of warm water so that it bring the blood pressure down from your throbbing head.

As Panadol is a pain killer, the more Panadol you take, the lesser would be your threshold for pain (your endurance level for pain).

We all will fall ill as we aged, for woman, we would need to go through childbirth. Imagine that we had spent our entire life popping quite a substantial amount of Panadol (Pain Killer) when you need to have a surgery or operation, you will need a much more amount of general anesthetic to numb your surgical pain than the average person who seldom or rarely takes Panadol . If you have a very high intake of Panadol throughout your life (Migraine, Menstrual cramps) it is very likely that normal general anesthetic will have no effects on you as your body is pumped full with panadol and your body is so used to pain killer that you would need a much stronger pain killer, Morphine??

Value your life, THINK b4 you easily pop that familiar pill into your mouth again.

Well, if you believe, do share this information with people you care about.

Happy New Year Everyone

Look Upon the Sky of Hope

Monday, October 13th, 2008

It was 6:15PM and there I was trying to get water chestnut for Jonathan when I noticed some disturbing faces around me. These are faces of disappointments and anxiety. As I gazed further to dig out more details, I get more disheartened. These traders kept peeping towards the sky, particularly at the black unruly herd of clouds being herded by strong wind towards the location I was standing. After staring at the clouds, they look back at the amount of food they have prepared for the night’s trade. Will it pour? It is going to be wasted, a day’s income would be washed. Food traders are worst affected. Others merely grumbled. Many has then started to pack their stalls, with disappointing looks shrouding the once cheerful pack. It is just another of those day.

This was the scene of a night trader’s market I visited last Monday. I’ve always put this policy in my mind when I visits these places. If I could afford the price which these traders put forward, I’ll not bargain for further reduction in price. A penny extra, is a glimsp of hope for these “unruly” days.
